The Story
What started as a small bakery on Cadillac Court grew, batch by batch, into Fairbanks' Sunday kitchen — a stone-and-timber room where locals, pilots, hunters, and travelers come in from the cold.
The plates are oversized. The cinnamon rolls are legendary. The coffee never stops. And the people behind the counter still remember your name.
From the Ovens
Long before sunrise the ovens are already on. Cinnamon swirls into dough, pies cool on wire racks, bread crackles as it rests — a Fairbanks morning begins with butter and sugar in the air.

The Word
"Best breakfast in Alaska, hands down. The cinnamon rolls are the size of your face."
"Huge portions, fair prices, friendly staff. We drove from Anchorage — worth every mile."
"Comfort food perfection. The chicken fried steak with sausage gravy is unreal."
